Architectural Control Committee

Sandalwood Deed Restrictions require that ALL architectural changes must be submitted to this committee for approval before construction.  Changes include additions to the house, storage buildings, garages, fences, etc.  Failure to submit any such plans may result in later removal of unapproved new construction.  You will need to submit the Deed Restrictions Compliance Form to the ACC. 

Members of the Architectural Control Committee are elected by the Civic Club membership and serve 5-year terms.  The ACC members are listed in the Sandalwood Directory, available to residents.
